Now you too can experience the active & interactive hauntings that have been documented in this beautiful Victorian Era home built in 1863 for an entire night!

Miss Caroline’s has been documented as one of the most haunted private homes in the St. Augustine area by several paranormal teams and persons involved in the paranormal field. Even Christopher Moon used his world famous telephone to the dead in this location with amazing results. But don’t take our word for it--come see for yourself what these spirits have in store for your overnight investigation.

Overnight investigations with Dusty Smith will be held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month. Book early as space is limited and we will sell out quickly.

What you get:

Each guest will be shown through the home to get a ‘feel’ for it.

You will then be lead on an investigation by Dusty Smith throughout an entire night in Miss Caroline’s Vacation Rental.

The house sleeps up to 8 people--however we don’t expect you’ll be getting much sleep. So bring 7 of your closest friends who also want a hauntingly good time.

Bring your cameras and any other ghost hunting equipment you have--you won’t be disappointed with the documentation you collect.

Table tipping sessions will also be available upon request.

A full kitchen is available to use as well as shower and bath facilities. We also ask that you leave this beautiful home the way you entered it. Otherwise we’ll need to raise the ticket prices to cover a cleaning staff’s fees and we want to keep this affordable to everyone.
